Payment
Products are made to order in accordance with the dimensions of your openings.
You can pay for the ordered products in one of the following ways:
- Through a branch of the Bank (only for individuals)
- With a bank card through the terminal
- Via Internet banking using company details (only for individuals)
- Cash at the company's office. By prior arrangement, cash payment can be transferred at the place of receipt of the order

Return Policy
Before receiving the product, be sure to inspect its appearance and check the contents.
It is not possible to return the goods, as the goods are made according to individual sizes.
Delivery
Self-pickup conditions
Self-pickup is carried out from our warehouse on any weekday. Please note that prior approval is required so that we have time to prepare the necessary equipment for shipment and do not delay you.
If you decide to pick up the goods yourself, contact your personal manager and consult on which transport can be used for self-pickup. Small-sized goods can be transported without problems by passenger transport, but for large-sized products, specialized transport is needed, for example, to transport sliding or sectional doors, you will need a trailer of suitable dimensions or a minibus.
Delivery if the gate is not assembled
If you bought a gate or other products without installation, we will be able to deliver it either along the way using our own transport, or arrange paid delivery by ordering transport. We can arrange delivery in Odessa and Odessa region.
Delivery if the gate is assembled
If you ordered a gate with installation, our organization ensures the delivery of equipment to the facility. The manager calculates the cost of delivery when making a commercial offer.
Delivery date
You can order delivery of finished products for any day. The delivery date is agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract and is confirmed after the transfer of the order to production.
The day before the scheduled delivery date, we inform the customer of the approximate time interval in which his order will be delivered. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accurately calculate the time due to the difficult and unpredictable traffic situation in Odessa and the Odessa region.
If you experience any force majeure circumstances after agreeing on the delivery time, please inform our company in advance in order to promptly agree on another delivery time.
